José Holebas, the international left-back, will possibly be transferred from the Greek Olympiacos FC to the Turkish Besiktas, according to the Turkish media which reported that he has agreed to a deal with the Black Eagles that will soon be confirmed.
The Turkish football club reportedly offered to the 29-year-old ace a three-year partnership contract, with the annual salary reaching 750,000 euros ($1 million, plus the bonus) a big raise over what he was being paid at the Greek side.
According to the Turkish publications, Olympiacos will receive €2.5 million ($3.33 million) and the answer is expected to be positive. Olympiacos denied the report was true but speculation grew when the Greek team acquired Miguel Torres Gómez.
